Drugs (ドラッグ Doraggu?), also known as Tonics, are items that appear in the Bubble Bobble series, normally appearing in boss stages. If the player collects a Drug, they are given the ability to fire Special Bubbles instead of regular ones, which can be used to damage the boss.
